11. Place vacuum passage 0-ring into cavity.

12.  Apply OMC Triple-Guard grease to one end of the poppet spring, and install greased end onto the air motor diaphragm’s poppet valve. (The grease will help stabilize the spring while assembling.)

13.  Install the air motor spring onto the air motor diaphragm.

14.  While installing the air motor cover, verify that the center boss aligns with the poppet spring.

15.  Install the 8 Torx screws and tighten ^1/8 turn past point of contact.
