#703 ECONOMY COMPRESSION TESTER

Compression is the FIRST test you should perform on any engine!

Use this one when you have no clearance problems. For professional compression service I recommend # 702

Tester screws into 14 mm spark plug hole on outboard engines.
Use to check for low compression.
Measures up to 200 psi or 14 kgs.
Will help diagnose engine problems such as: burnt valves, scored cylinders, leaking head gaskets, tight tappets, broken valve springs, broken rings, damaged pistons.
