New and rebuilt units carry a 1 (one) year warranty. This is a supplier warranty. Most units have core value (INCLUDED IN PRICE).
Return shipping for cores is prepaid, if you have a repairable unit.
For those units requiring cores exchanges, MasterTech will remit the core credit after evaluation by the rebuilder.
Core credit may vary depending on condition of core.

PLEASE NOTE: OVERSEAS SHIPMENTS (INCLUDING HAWAII, ALASKA, & U.S. TERRITORIES) REQUIRE EXTRA SHIPPING CHARGES.
CORE CHARGES FOR THESE GEARCASES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND NO CORE IS REQUIRED. THE PRICE REMAINS THE SAME.

Rebuilt and new gearcases are subject to availability.
1992 and newer models have a 2-piece driveshaft and DO NOT come with water pumps.
Order water pumps separately if you need them.

* 1992 and newer gearcases have a 2-piece driveshaft. If you need an UPPER SHAFT and/or WATER PUMP also, please order them separately.
TIP: To separate upper & lower driveshafts (1992 & UP), drive out the pin in the lower shaft. To remove the shift shaft, unscrew it from the gearcase. The replacement unit comes with the retaining clip and pin installed in the lower shaft. Insert the top shaft into the lower and tap the top of the upper shaft. It will snap down into the retaining clip & pin. Then screw shift shaft into replacement gearcase.
